The goal of the project called "Strength Test" is to train the population of the Kaliningrad region in basic first aid skills, both in peacetime and in wartime. Not a lot of statistics: in modern combat, about 70% of servicemen die from blood loss or improper application of tourniquets. According to the same statistics, only 1 out of 10 people can apply a tourniquet correctly. And we are talking only about military personnel. In peacetime, 90% of victims die in disasters and accidents. In fact, tourniquet training takes a maximum of 2-3 days, taking into account 1-2 hours. But this motor skills are preserved for a long time. and, both in peacetime and in wartime. Tactical medicine is now needed not only by those who will go to war. After all, not everyone shoots, but someone is constantly wounded, and it will be necessary to provide assistance. In addition to basic training, the reserve artillery officer will familiarize you with how different ammunition works, what tactics are used by artillery and aviation, how ammunition works on different terrain - and due to understanding, significantly increase the chance of survival when hit by artillery or air fire.
